High oleic sunflower oil is one of the most innovative and healthy vegetable oils. This oil is made from sunflower seeds containing a large amount (75-85%) of oleic acid (Omega-9, monounsaturated fatty acid). This fact distinguishes high oleic sunflower oil from other vegetable oils and makes it especially useful for human health.

Main advantages of crude high oleic sunflower oil:
– high content of oleic acid (Omega-9, monounsaturated fatty acid);
– high content of vitamin E (45 mg / 100 g);
– its fatty acid composition is identical to olive oil;
– longer storage period (compared to regular sunflower oil);
